No one sent out invites to all the young black people saying, “Please, have unprotected sex and abort your child at our abortion clinic.” The problem is not with Planned Parenthood, the problem is with properly educating the young black community on birth control, making sex education more of a discussion and less of a monologue about how everyone should wait for marriage — who is even listening to that? Who do you meet, Congressmen, in all the impoverished black neighborhoods where you say you want to remove Planet Parenthood, who’s talking about, “Yeah, I’m waiting to walk down that aisle.”
